    Question Split this forum?

What do you think? Does this forum need spilting?

Web design deserves its own forum I think. It makes up a lot of the stuff in here.

i dont think it needs it - lets be honest, this isnt the busiest forums in the place, an dits not hard to keep a track of whats new.

Theres only about 5 new threads a day, and its easy to tell from the title if its something you can help with.

    No, it doesnt need splitting.

Web developmment and application development are becoming more and more part of eachother every year.

We'll just be developing applications soon, and then using "file >> save to web" or "file >> save to exe" instead of having seperate development environments for each.

And to be honest i dont see how someone with 6 posts who only registered this month can possibly have a reason for requesting changes to our forums.

    Closing poll.

I would have thought that it is the 'new user' that you should be listening to when suggestions are made.

I mean that it is very easy for a 'vet' forum user to become used to the way things are. A new user has a slightly different view on things.

And it was not a request, it was a question. One I think that was answered very well in your previous post. There was no real need for the second one or any need to close the poll. I had it limited to a week. It would have been fair to have let it run IMO.
