Which FTP server software on Linux / Red Hat with easy-to-use configuration GUI?

I need to find an FTP server application which is to run on Red Hat (version 5 x64) for corporate use. The "complication" is that the end customer needs to be able to manage it (particularly the user accounts) easily and so a GUI is by far preferable to editing configuration files in a text editor.

I was going to look at FTPd and I seem to remember seeing a GUI front end for it on sourceforge, but it does seem rather complex to set up.

    The needs are fairly basic:
    • Support passive mode to run behind a firewall
    • SSL not required (but could be nice to have)
    • easy user account management via GUI or, better still, HTTP front end
    • ability to have different homedir for each user account
    • Open source / free
    • etc

    So any thoughts / recommendations?

    Thanks

Allowing a user who is not comfortable with CLI access to a Linux server is asking for trouble IMO. That being said, how about:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/vsftpd-config/

Looks like a frontend to a vsftpd (which is the Redhat/Centos) ftp default server.
