Right situation is this: A friend of mine has a little problem with windows XP home edition on his laptop. Recently when he starts his machine, he gets to the user logon screen and find that there are NO users to click on. This has happened before and since his machine needed cleaning, I did a format reinstall, binned IE, bunged Mozilla and Zonealarm onto the machine.
Current specs are unknown at present.
Any idea as to what’s going on with it?
