Re: win 7 ntfs harddisc problem

what is the exact message you're getting from windows? Is it booting the memory stick? If so I'd suggest running diskpart clean on the disk in question.

    Using:
    diskpart
    list disk
select disk (number of whichever one is in question, probably 0)
    clean.

then exit a couple of times and you should be able to install. This wipes the partition table, but you're not getting any data back off it.

you must install windows 7 64bit,
install windows on GPT hardisk style.
you may try clean and delete all partition, you can use diskpart.
first, you insert your installation media - select languange setting - select repair computer - command promt - DISKPART - type list disk - select disk 0 (or where your both OS you want to install if you have more than 1 hdd) - select disk 0 (if you just have one hdd, disk 1 maybe your installation media such as USB) - clean - convert gpt - format fs=ntfs quick

why i recommended you clean your hdd data ? because i want to prevent data loss or corrupt affected by convert to gpt.
now you can try again to install them
