    I.E Default window startup size

I have this really annoying problem, whenever I start up a new I.E window it always starts as the smallest size possible which I then have to maximize to use. Any idea how to make it start up larger? Tried maxing all the windows and then closing them but this didn't work.

    idea 1: use firefox.
idea 2: right click your iexplore.exe shortcut and go into it's properties. change the run box on the shortcut tab to 'maximized'.
idea 3: launch iexplore.exe, and resize your window to fill the screen - don't maximize it, just resize the window in all four dimensions. quit iexplore.exe then relaunch it.

Yeah it does atomic but you have to use file and exit to close it (and it gets last window size doesn't work if you maximize it), there is a program called autosize (iirc).

But to be honest wtf are you using ie for firefox is about 30000% better. Use it for a week and I promise you will be fully converted.

I've tried using opera and firefox, just can't get used to them. Not going to switch to them since I haven't had any other problems with I.E. Running fully unprotected and my scans have never shown anything. Must be some of the sites you guys visit
