Err its official release day my old mukka, so I imagine it took them about 11 hours
But firefox has been out (in beta form admittedly) to use and test for 9 months now and the BBC are making out that it has only heard about its existance today!
You read that article m8?Several early versions of Firefox have been released since February when the browser made its first appearance.
Oh yeah I read it, but I was just commenting on the fact that we haven't heard before about 'a new and exciting product which is likely to blow MSIE out of the water'.
Looks like they're getting some serious traffic, I've not been able to get on the mozilla website all day..

I've just managed to get on to the mozilla webby, but the title is 'Cannot find server'! I bet the last step in releasing ff1.0 was to make sure the website was on a fast server connected to a very high bandwidth line!
Anyone after a copy of ff1.0? I have is here and can email it to you if you like...
cheers Dan, much obliged.
Do you think when Jesus comes back..... he ever wants to see another cross.......? *{God bless you Bill}
