    Free blu-ray playback software??

    Hey Guys,

    Does anyone know of any good free blu-ray playback software, I have Power DVD 11 on my PC but for some reason it has stopped working and wont let me watch my blu-rays on my PC.

    You can do it in VLC, but it's a headache of a process getting the correct plugins etc to work - can't even remember exactly how I did it.

    But it is possible.

    By the way, to deal with the new disc, you have to update your PowerDVD.

    Free wise your limitted to the VLC hack.
    Generally powerdvd seems to be about the best software to buy.
    Sad thing is its cheaper to buy a blu-ray player than this software and a lot easier. For how long they have been out I cant believe theres not any proper free software.
