I've always used Diskeeper, it seems to do the job and is pretty quick too

Try PerfectDisk 7.0, there's a 30 day (?) trial. I've tried it, it seems good (can defrag paging files, etc.) I haven't paid for it yet.

I disagree with Apex. The Windows defrag doesn't defrag files, and doesn't consolidate disk space, or at least not very well in my experience. Not well enough to justify the small risk of losing/corrupting data.
I used to defrag daily, but that was back in the days of "PC Tools" for DOS, when you could do a PROPER defrag, choosing whether to just defrag files, or consolidate space, or do both. Of course it took half an hour to do a 20MB hard disk, lol.
