    backup outlook 2013

    Hello,

I am trying to backup all my emails from within outlook so i can cancel exchange from oneandone and transfer my emails to office 365 which i have just purchased.

The problem I am having is that some of the folders are empty in the backup when i use the export wizard within outlook 2013. the empty folders have older emails in and I cannot find a way to backup those older emails.

    Edit:

Just found out that my exchange cached settings were set to 12months so the older emails were not downloaded so i changed it to download all emails restarted outlook and now got all emails backed up
