HELP – Domain User cant Save GIF in Photodraw 2000 v2

A domain user is having problems saving in GIF format in photodraw 2000 v2, in fact it’s a problem saving in anything other than Mix. When he saves the document he gets a completed progress bar on the save, but when you look for the file its not there.

I figured it must be an access problem on the registry, so I uninstalled the program, gave the user admin rights and installed as the user. With admin rights the user can save in any format, but as soon as this is removed, the problem returns.

Because of our security policy I can not increase his access rights to Power User or greater, and can’t find anything in Secpol which would contribute to this problem.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
