    Question IE Toolbar Background Colour

My grandparents PC has a strange background on their toolbar for internet explorer. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of it, and make it a default silver/grey?

They have BT yahoo toolbar, google, web assistant and norton antivirus toolbars installed. I've tried "not using" all of them by unticking the box, so the tollbar goes away, but that doesn't help. If possible, I'd rather not completely uninstall them unless you're certain which toolbar it is.

It might not be a toolbar that's the problem however, so if anyone has any other ideas please say.

    Thanks .
