Change Default Windows XP Colour Scheme?

At the moment, with the Luna theme, it defaults to blue, making things like the logon box appear in blue. Is it possible to change the default to Silver? Through a reg hack or something?

    Thanks

Desktop -> Right Click -> Properties -> Appearance Tab -> Color scheme. Is that what you're looking for.

No, I'm looking for a way to change the default from blue to silver.
