never had a single problem with it, if you use the likes of norton and other applications on the list here:

Then they may need a patch or update for them to work with SP2, but its not to much hassle. Hope this Helps

Had no probs with it except the same with Alcohol 120% (Only use this occasionally anyhow) Should imagine installing it after SP2 and it should be ok.
I did seem to get a slight drop in framerate on the games after installation initially. Just disabled the security center and a few other automated things XP seems to do without you're knowing and now its fine.
