Far too vague.
Deleted from a device? If so was it internal memory, an SD card, has it been formatted, used again since etc etc etc.
Or are we talking about from a cloud storage provider.

In fact, the deleted files can still be recoverable if they were not over written by newly created data, so, you should stop using your device once you found the data was deleted by accident. And try some free or paid data recovery program to scan your phone. Like Mobiledic, Andropidsoft, aisesoft, dr.fone and more...
