Ahh thanks, I'm terrible about updating 7zip apparently, I was far out of date.

After a bit of reading around it seems like the issue isn't with the 7zip software itself either, but rather the libraries which are also used by various other software such as malwarebytes. So expect them to update their 7zip libraries soon too I imagine.
