    Question Back up files to DVD

    Can anyone suggest a free bit of software that will alloow me to back up my files onto DVD (any format but especiall DVD R-)?

    Please help as me Hard drive is filling up and I've got loads of blank dvds but no way of using them. D'oh!!

    I currently own a Dell 4550 PC. I don't think its bad by any means. Here are the stats:

    2.66Mhz Intel Pentium 4
    533Mhz Memory (768MB) Ram
    ATI Radeon 9700 Pro Core Clock:263Mhz/Memory Clock 263Mhz
    60gb Harddrive
    Creative Sound Blaster Live! Sound Card

    Not used it, but seen the link posted around a few times.
    But, its really worth paying a few quid and buying Nero, heck, you can get it for under a tenner in some places, well worth it.

    Agreed. Buy Nero, less wasted CD/DVD blanks than anything else I've tried. You'll save money very quickly.

    If your running XP the built in burning software will do the job for backing up..
    Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?

    Backing up to DVD

    i bought nero 6 and nero vision off ebay for £5 and its great, came withing 2 days and that included psotage!

    type nero into ebay search engine. thats shold do the trick
