Quickest way of fresh windows 10 install?

As per title, my new laptop arrives in a couple of days but inevitably I imagine it will be filled with crap.

It has no dvd drive, so I imagine installing windows 10/drivers afresh will be a matter of downloading them myself?

Is the quickest way me download Windows 10 home premium that the laptop comes with, using the serial code that comes with the laptop to register it, onto a USB stick?

Then download all drivers from acer's website onto a second memory stick to install once Windows 10 has installed?

Then using ninite to speed up the basic first few software packages?

It has been a few years since I did this last, and never for Windows 10 so would appreciate any pointers in advance!

Windows 10 has an option in the settings called Windows reset. It does a fresh reinstall in just a few minutes with drivers. You'll still have to remove the candy crush nonsense MS include but should remove OEM crap ware.

Re: Quickest way of fresh windows 10 install?

Yeah, I didn't have much luck. Did a full reset but all the Acer bloatwhere was baked into it I think. It all came back as before.

I'll pick up a fresh windows 10 download next time I need to do it, and just do it the old way fashioned way! Then use Windows reset off that.

    Thanks anyway

Re: Quickest way of fresh windows 10 install?

I changed HD out yesterday and decided to do everything fresh. Downloaded the media creation tool, this then downloads the win10 files and creates a usb drive. Fitted the HD and booted the USB stick, worked really well. Think it includes the latest patches for win10 as well. Didn't need to input the windows key at any point.
