Can anyone recommend a good (not ebook) guide to Dreamweaver, from knwing very little to using all of Dreamweaver. PErhaps incorporating flash and fireworks.

My friends swears by the ones they sell in WH Smiths magazine section (he teaches students to use the packages on a college course). They seem to be replaced every couple of months. If you are lucky they will have the current one in, they are usually £15 or if they have some old stock £7.50. If you want a more general Studio MX book, they may also have one. Its really down to what is in.
