    What software can do this??

    OK, i got a pic

    I want to be able to guess what's the word on the poster on the top left of the pic. Any software could possibly clarify it enough to read ?

    this isn't blade runner, if the informations' not there it's not there. no level of 'image enhancement' will bring back non-existant data

    With my double interpolation, multi differential, pixel enhancing program (I work for the CIA....shhhhh don't tell anyone), I can see that it says ......
