Cropping software

Hi I am looking for software to crop a hd ts file that I took from a recording on my freeview box, free if possible

Handbrake will transcode, it wont actually crop, but I think it will resize. (Only just seen this and it’s a bit late to experiment - I may have some time later this week).

I have used MKVToolNix to crop and resize mp4 files. I think it will do ts files. It's free and open source.
