Windows 10, just so much improved

I got an alert with an exclamation mark on my task bar. So I click and it says that it recommends I reinstall windows because... well it might make things better. It didn't specify a problem, it didn't say how many issues there might be or indeed just how involved a process this is. It just casually suggests you reinstall windows.

Given everyone from a PC genius to... er... my parents use Windows, isn't this very irresponsible to just casually suggest? My PC has one problem with residual Nvidia drivers and that's it. It'll take me around 20 minutes to fix when I can be bothered and it certainly isn't a reinstall Windows job!

Windows 10 version updates are essentially an OS reinstall anyway. Most people just don't notice unless something breaks.
