Just about to install Suse 9.2

I have downloaded the ISO of the latest 9.2 version and burned it onto a DVD.

I have a parition at the end of my drive that I have left for it to install on. It is currently formated to NTFS. Should I just delete the partition and left the suse install format it?

Suze will want to delete the partition to createa new one, and format it with a different file system. I think it might be easier to delete it before you start purely because then Suze won't prompt you with "are you sure" 100 times before deleting it, and there's no chance you'll delete the wrong one by mistake.

If there's just empty space, the install should spot it and offer to create a new partition(s) there.

    Have fun - Andrew.
