Can anyone recomend a package to allow recording of TV? I am using TVtime to view television but it does not support recording.

maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but if enough non-windows users come out of the woodwork, eventually they'll have no choice.

Tried dpkg-reconfigure --force mythtv-database


but to no avail.

Anyone got any suggestions?

think that's a database password issue, can't remember for the life of me how to fix it.
