MP3 Encoder that maintains folder structure

Im looking for an mp3 encoder that will convert my lossless wma's into mp3's (due to space limitations on laptop) but i cant find any that will let me convert a whole folder at music a time i.e. the my folder.

Does anyone know of a program that will let me keep the folder structure when encoding to a lossy format?

Also what kind of bit rate is ok and which format is the best?

dbPowerAmp or Advanced WMA workshop (Google for links)

I find 192kbps to be pretty damn good quality and is often quoted as being the best compromise between file size and quality.
