I'm unsure on whether it can be deleted, but as long as the guest account it turned off, and you have went into 'safe mode' and password protected the Administrator account.. Then there shouldn't be any other way for the average joe.. to get in or use it..

EDIT:: Have done a bit of googling, and it seems the account Can't be deleted (from what I have read ), only hidden but there is a registry edit to make the 'administrator' account appear on the welcome screen without booting into safe mode..

If you get hold of a program called X-Setup (google for it and DONT get the latest version), you can rename the Guest and Administrator accounts, as well as disable them.

Renaming your admin account has to be the one safest thing you can do

again, you really can't say anything without knowing which windows version. on nt 5.x, right-click on my computer, manage, users & groups, you can disable accounts from there. on msdos-windows, i'm not aware of any way of removing the hit-escape-to-bypass-login logins
