OUTOOK 2016+ Automatically remove content form an email reply

Does anyone know if it is possible and even better know how to, remove text from an email automatically or by a click of a button when you hit reply?

Where I am the email team have added a warning to all incoming emails from outside about not clicking on links you don't know. The problem is this gets into replies and you have to manually remove it so people are understandably finding it annoying.

I was wondering if there is a built in function to do this or if someone may know of a free add-on that can.

It sounds like this has been set as a mail tip with Exchange.

Personally I'd say just leave it. We've got it enabled here and 75%+ of external recipients do as well. Can't say it's ever been an annoyance that anyone has needed or felt like they need to remove it.

A mail tip aye I guess I will have to read up on that. Cheers Guy.

I think the main annoyance people have had is that it appears in the preview and that is all they see and have to fully open it to check. I'm guessing this is when using outlook on a phone.

Having looked it up it isnt Mail Tips they are inserting the message, which is quite long, into every email received from outside. Mail tips seem to be what they should have done.
