Then when you look at the KB solutions, they link to other ones, ALL OF WHICH CONTAIN THE FLIPPIN WORDS YOU SEARCHED FOR!!!!

Come on Microsoft, sort it out!

I hear your pain. For a non it literate customer trying to search for MS blaster info = impossible for them = nightmare for me trying to get them to download the patch etc.
