    Creating flow charts

Today is the once-every-year-or-so I need to make a flow chart.

My legit copy of Visio 2010 won't install for some reason, I never liked Visio 2010 much anyway.

Is there a cheap or free bit of software which I can use to create flow charts you can recommend? The only requirement is to export in some common vector format.

I know Inkscape can do it, but I need something that makes flow chart making quick and easy, e.g. drag and drop, links move and automatically re-arrange etc.

    Re: Creating flow charts

The last time I did anything like that i think I used PMW (Project Manager's Workbench) .... when it was still in DOS form. So it might be a smidge outdated. And I guess strictly speaking, even then, it was a Gantt chart rather than a flow chart, but ....

    In short, sorry, no.
