    netbeans and changing source dir

Using netbeans, want to change the directory to which it stores the projects. Anyone know where it is? Can't find the option, damn options list is a tree so it's pretty hard to find

    Cheers

Which version Netbeans are you using? It should ask you the first time when you create a specific project where to store the project files. Have you tried right clicking on the project tree thingy in Netbeans and seeing if there are options there?

Yes I see what you are saying. I tried and it didnt work but there is a workaround methinks. Close the project in Netbeans. Close Netbeans. Then go to the directory thru Windows Explorer move it to the place you want. Turn on Netbeans, open the project and it will work from where you want it to. The 4.1 beta is a huge improvement over 4.0 it just seems really responsive and so on. It makes life quite easy. Already they are working on 4.2 which will have a final release in September. They are moving quite fast. I hope they kind of change the GUI modeller a bit and make it easier and more customizable.
