    net folders is teh suck

is this the "a program is trying to send via outlook" type message ?

if so , then there is a usefull little workaround application called clickyes.

Either run setup (add/remove programs) and uninstall net folders or select the ms add-in manager tools->options->other->advanced options->add-in manager (thats the 2003 route but it should be similar for 2000)
