    Editing Wav files for my mobile .....

    ....I have the Nokia software, but how do I edit MP3 or Wav to then put on my phone in sensible clips?

    I dont want 3 minutes,......I want 10 seconds

    AUDACITY - I do all my MP3/WAV editing with it, including ringtones etc. It's free and it rocks.

    Does sound recoder record and (re)encode MP3? I doubt he will be wanting anything above 64kbps for use on a phone, plus space will probably be at a premium too.
