Help me fix this site

I made this website ages ago but gave up on it as it just wouldn't work properly! It's for a development team i'm in. Has anyone got any tips on how to make rounded edges work with everything being aligned correctly etc? Also, i want to make the top edge of the content body rounded and the bottom also

Any ideas?
