It's a phishing site; it's meant to take advantage of a bug that causes only the part after the ./ to be displayed in unpatched versions of IE.
indeed - get yourself a copy of the netcraft toolbar ( IE or FF ) its a nice little anti-phishing addin.

Crikey, it don't half take an extra minute or two to decipher your messages sometimes...
Shortening is not good and not necessary on forums really, any person using a computer these days is more often than not capable of typing fast and accurately, so there's no need to be lazy. :P
Heck, I don't even use that horrible "txt spk" when writing text messages, I use full words, correct grammar/spelling and punctuation! And I bet I can do all that faster than most people who use "txt spk"! ;)
