Deploying XP Hotfixes in a NT Enviroment?

    Hi,

Has anybody got any experience with the best practice for deploying XP Hotfixes Nationwide?

We are still currently running an NT 4 Domain, so Group Policy is not an option, and we don't have SMS.

Don't want to buy any software either.

    Any ideas much appricated.
