    Workstation Locks when hibernating - disable?

    how can i disable the function, that locks a workstation when it hibernates?

    a colleague hibernates his machine at night but comes in, in the morning and it says "the workstation is locked - press ctrl alt del to login"

    he doesnt want this.

    Power options in the Windows control panel.

    aye found it, had some stupid toshiba power save utility which blocked access to the default windows one
