Just finished putting together my new system and I'm after a app for monitoring the CPU temp.
I did use mbm5 in the past, but I see it's not been updated for quite some time and my motherboard is not on the supported list.
MB is a Asus A8N.

alot of boards aren't supported out of the box - i just chose the right sensor for my board and away it went![]()

I also switched to Speedfan after MBM support ended, I find it's pretty good, UI isn't as clean as MBM but it's got a few more features.
speedfan here too very simple to use..
