ASP.Net hosting

Kind of twist on the best web hosts thread but has anyone had good experience of an ASP.Net host (One that dont cost a fortune)?

I'm currently with oneandone (£20pm) but I am getting hacked off with:

- Frequently a 3 second delay when hitting an aspx page. (I think they are recycling my aspnet process every 60 seconds cos its shared hosting.)

- Security locked down so I cant even create a file in my directory using ASPX. (but I can with ASP)

- The telephone support staff know nothing about ASP.Net

- Email support takes 3 days+ for a response
