    How do you unblock an email address in MS Exchange?

    where has it been blocked ?

    the only place senders can be rejected from is on the SMTP properties afaik.

    or do you mean unblock content from a sender in Outlook 2003?
    if so - add to safe senders list.

    Well it looks like the the domain address has been blocked from the sender??

    It's blocked in the Exchange server as this person decided to send 100 emails as a joke, then the server blocked him.

    are you using teh IMF (intelligent message filter) where inbound messages will be blocked - if so, in the imf control panel (intelligent message filter - not Impossible Mission Force) right click teh blocked messages and release - all covered in notes for product as can't remeber exact steps.

    If installed - it's a new option under exchange system manager.
    If you're using another product such as mailsweeper - it's done through their control panel (and mailsweeper processes in much the same way)

    I'd personally leave them banned until they understand why.
