Stats not updating...

It appears as though the UD stats for the team have stopped updating ...

are your individual stats updating? mine seem to be a bit on/off

My UD Agents haven't been able to connect since Friday! Are yours?

Mine can connect, but I had to re-enter my username and password...

I had to re-enter my details about 2 weeks ago, but now its just doesn't connect properly at all.

Gets to the point where it says receiving x of x bytes from the server, then just says cannot connect.

I'm not having problems with units, just my stats seem to not have updated for days.

It appears as though they are currently waiting for more Cancer research units to process (hence why it can't get any work when it tries and connects) - in the meantime you can change your default profile so that it does the 'Rosetta / Human Proteome Folding Project' if you want your computer(s) to be doing something... more details here:

The downtime and hiccups are getting annoying now - my stats haven't updated since the 5th.

My profile is still a little skrewy after the re-registering thingummy a couple weeks back. Whenever I try to manage any of the devices in the list, is comes up with an error moaning about a duplicate device name.

I've ended up with a duplicate named device for every machine I have - device numbers registering incorrectly as 50-odd in some places and the correct 28 in others.

They seem to be doing work, but it's hard to tell when their site/servers keep going unavailable.

Yep - it really is that long since team stats were updated - last update on the situation was on the 5th of August - I guess we just wait and see - I've been doing Rosetta and Boinc/Seti in the meantime...
