    Depends what you want to back up? Certain files or whole partitions?

    Windows 2000 : NT Backup is pretty good for scheduling backup jobs.

    Norton Ghost is good for backing up partitions / drives but tends to work best with Fat32.

    Powerquest DriveImage backs up & loves NTFS with all its heart.
