    Quake 3 Source Code Released

    The Quake 3 source code has been released if anyone is interested

    They're using it as a "How NOT to code" at uni next year.

    Its meant to be the ugliest code around but gives a good output.

    The first release was only limited sections of the code that allowed users to develop mods to integrate correctly with Q3. This release constitutes all of the source code including the graphics engine and networking code.

    just grabbed this Wierd thing is i understand some of it lol.

    Might have to have a play when i get bored - make some changes and see if it compiles

    pyle...thats got nothing to do with this post

    and it wasnt the complete source..was a pain to compile...and ofc was totally illegal as opposed to this being 100% legit :0
