I manage the system that the staff at our company use to track customers and it's looking a little bland at the moment - Great at what it does but could be better, and it can't hurt to ask others opinions...
Any suggestions?

Get rid of the white background.
The buttons are bearable, but look for a different font. Or use image buttons.
Also customise the tables abit.

buttons are good, you can CSS them if you don't like the style, buttons promot accessibility (you can change the text size to large, and the site is relative).
I'd say as its a bespoke internal site, add keyboard shortcuts, they might already be there.
You can do this by setting a tag in the <A eliment, which invokes some simple javascript which would be ButtonFooBar.Sumbit() or is it Click()? i duno, can't remeber. But with some nice hotkeys, staff can surf round the site much faster, and don't have to piss about with the mouse, also check ur tabstops.
Only other thing, stick your logo, and support contacts on every page, i add a 6nibble hex number on each page next to it, called Description, this means if someones a retard, all they have to do is tell me that number (its the page id, where they came from)
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
I think it looks great. I wouldn't change a thing.
Looks fine to me. How about just creating a web browser window in VB so they don't have to bother with all the IE rubbish? Bound to impress idiots.
Bump up the size of the text and input boxes on the login page - you've got all that whitespace, why not fill it up a bit?
Maybe putting an off-white background on the 'action' area of each screen, so the eye naturally falls on the important bits.
