Fedora Core 4 + PowerColor X800GT256MB Radeon x800 GT ???

Hi,

Is there anyone who has tried to run Fedora Core 4 with this graphic card (Radeon X800GT)?

Is it compatible with FC4 or other linux?

Any comments?

ati cards are almost universally bad in linux, especially amd64 linux.

I just receive my Powercolor X800GT graphic card. It is nice.
After plugging it into my machine, Fedora Core 4 has no problem using it.
At least, FC4 uses its generic driver for the card. The video quality is decent.
I haven't really tried to download the linux driver from ATI to install it in FC4. Once I've done it, I will share my experience with you guys. I guess it is not that hard.
