Thanks mate, wasn't this out around a year ago? Useful anyway :D Can't compete with the ease of that compared to uploading to FTP all the time
DIdnt google crack down on this? Or they did on one such scheme so I havent bothered using one yet.

im curious but can it be used has a web server too or just simply for online storage?
Just ask yourself how would you address this as a web server?. Bearing in mind it has your gmail username and password required to access this...

No way it could be used as a webserver. But i guess someone could write a page on another server with code that could automatically enter a username and password then somehow access files. But it would a very wierd and pointless excercise, especially as anyone could then alter stuff/change the password.
It's a little slow in operation, even on a decent-speed ADSL connection, but useful sometimes.
I think I prefer using things like Hamatchi instead...
