Best software for monitoring temps etc?

I want a siftware prog that is good for measuring temps etc(and before you say anything I know temp sensors are better than software).

I used to use motherboard monitor but heard it stopped development a long time ago.

    options?
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.
