Question A slipstreamed XP cd, but with all the updates

Does anyone know how to intgrate the latest updates into an XP cd, im creating a new cd for work with SP2, but I would like to include all the windows updates aswell as some of my clients have slow internet connections.

Can this be done & does anyone have a guide or website where its documented?

    Thanks
