got someone who has a folder in their outlook which stores all our Courier emails etc..
someone else wants this folder, whats the best way to export the emails and have them added to another profile?
difficult to explain, i hope its good enough.

i could do that for the temp, but theyre not public. this user just wants to mirror them, then when upto data i can set an alias up for them to both receive courier emails.Originally Posted by Moby-Dick
ive just created a folder on the other persons computer and forwarded the messages as an attachment to them. dragged into the folder. not ideal but easily done!
messy tbh.
you could have created the public folder with the external mailing address for curior mails then assigned permissions so that the relevent people can access it.
or create a distribution list with an external list , again with the relevent people on it.

its not a permanent thing, and was only to move 11 messages. it did the trick
