CD resurfacer - where to buy?

Does any one know where i can buy one of these little machines? U stick ur damaged/scratched cd init and it etches back a layer on the cd then replaces it with a new one and wolah u have a brand new disk. i remember seeing them @ jungle.com and dabs but can no longer find them . thanks for ne help

PS. posted in here because its to do with disks which contain data

they are in places like HMV, Virgin, GAME, Dixons etc
not sure where to find online though
