    Recover a too-big-for-the-recycle-bin file?

Here are the exact chain of events.

Recorded F1 race onto HD to watch later. Filename JapRace.mpg. It was in the root folder of my K: drive. Opened Nero to see if it was too large to burn onto DVD to watch in livingroom PC, rather than stream over wireless network. It was just too big. Closed Nero, hit cancel when it asked did I want to save the layout/disk.

Went to harddrive to open file in editor to takethe breaks out and its gone!!! WTF!!! It is 4.5GB in size therefore would bypass the recycle bin had it been deleted.

I have explored recycle bin... nothing.
    Tried CHKDSK ... nothing.
    Tried Disk Investigator ... nothing.
Tried Flie Recover program ... nothing.

    Any ideas?

undelete tools, there are a fair few on the market, one from norton, wininternals.

And some others, but a 4.5gig file, its going to be hard for it not to off been overwritten.
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)

One program I have heard off is PC Inspector File Recovery, but from I can see from first use is it's not easy to use.
