Prog needed which makes playlist creation easy

Currently use winamp as my mp3 prog. I have over 30k tracks on my pc(from all the cd's I've collected over the years). When I create a new playlist in winamp, I have 2 instances of winamp open at a time(1 blank one in which to create a playlist and other other which displays all of my tracks as a playlist). Now when I want to add a track to my new playlist, I have to check it's location in the other winamp and manually find it and add.

What I'm looking for is a good mp3 prog in which I can play mp3's and also create a playlist by using drag and drop between 2 versions of the prog.

    Ideas?
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

Itunes allows you to create playlists using search criteria. If you are using Linux, XMMS has some pretty powerful playlist features using m3u lists. If you want tun a daap server such as mt-daapd, you can creat playlists again, and it has some support for m3u, although I haven't experimented with it. I run mt-daapd on a hacked linksys nslu2 disk server, in to a Roku soundbridge and it unes clients (streaming) and as a straightforward download and play for XMMS on linux desktop machines.

I suggest you try out mp3tag, a fantastic program for tag management. Also, why do you need 2 instances of winamp open? Surely you can just open the media library window and drag to a new playlist?
